Raghu Ram is the Principal Consultant at SAGEVIEW Valuations & CFO Advisory Services. Raghu provides business valuations and strategic alternatives analysis and advice to both mid-market companies and owner managed businesses as well as start-ups seeking to raise capital from investors or private equity firms.

During his tenure with KPMG’s CFO & Risk Advisory Services, he assisted clients in software, technology, logistics, health care businesses in business process improvements, SOX & internal controls implementations. Raghu is a Certified Public Accountant (CO, USA), Certified Management Accountant (IMA) and Certified Valuator and Analyst (NACVA).

Jim Schwartz is a Senior Consultant with SAGEVIEW. Jim became an independent advisor in 2009, continuing an extensive track record of helping businesses solve corporate financing, strategic and managerial challenges in order to improve profitability. His specialties are equipment-related leasing and secured lending as well as maximization of working capital.

Previously, Jim held corporate customer relationship development assignments in companies such as The CIT Group and Siemens Medical Solutions. Jim holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
